I just wanted to share this poem I recently read:
“For every oil stained sea,
Another aurora flickers out
For every Ai generated image,
Another piece of humanity is molded into code
For every wild fire spark,
Another rain drop evaporates
For every artists creation,
Another world is born
For every beauty standard,
Another bird loses its wings
For every gunshot,
Another child’s innocence bleeds out
For every phone produced,
Another book is burned to ash.”

That’s so true and sad

This is a very real, and eye opening poem. The use of events of todays world and the aftereffects of it is so beautiful in a dark, satire way.
