I was wondering if we could change it so that if you get a ‘followers only’ pattern then you have to stay following to keep it. I think it is unfair that people can get the pattern by following and then unfollowing. For Example, all my patterns are for followers only. I have nearly 300 orders but then 145 followers. I think it’s just annoying/ upsetting. Does anyone else experience this? @Ribblr please help!!

Do you only have one pattern? Maybe your follower picked 2.

this has happened to me before, but if they don’t want to follow me that’s not my problem, but I do think that it is kind of weird that they can unfollow after

That just means that they could have followed you, and then took more than one pattern!

I don’t think so. for a while I had more orders on one singular followers only pattern than I had total followers. People definitely unfollow as soon as they get the pattern. I think there should at least be a cool-down before you can unfollow

Hmmm. I know that for me at least, my follower count is lower than me overall ‘patterns taken’… However, I have 50+ patterns. So I really don’t think that THAT many people unfollow shops. Honestly, if you like the pattern enough to follow to get it, why unfollow? You like one pattern, you’ll probably like the next one.
I’m not saying that nobody unfollows as soon as they get the pattern, I’m just saying there’s not a vast majority who do it

It’s really weird to follow just to get a pattern then turn around and unfollow. It makes no sense whatsoever to me. It costs you absolutely nothing to follow a shop.
Unless you have some dispute with the designer at some point, why unfollow?

Well, I have tried to do the follow-unfollow trick, but for some reason, it hasn’t once worked for me.
