I hope everyone’s doing great and having an amazing weeks so far. So I need help with making keychains. What’s the best yarn to make keychains? I know some people use embroidery thread and some people use yarn. Which should I use cause I’m not sure about either. Also if you have any tips about making keychains feel free to lmk. Thanks​

I personally use velvet or acrylic yarn for making key chains. (Depending on what I’m making) I think my only tip is to try to find no sew patterns, because sewing on tiny items isn’t all that fun but maybe it’s just my opinion!

I usually use acrylic yarn for my keychains :] but I’ve used other yarn too and they’re just as fine!! Only thing I’d advise is please please when adding the key rings pass it through more than one stitch, or it will fall out with time -_-;
Oh and if you’re using a 2mm hook like me, a rule I personally use to find if a pattern is “keychainable” is the max stitch count in a pattern should not be over 30-35 stitches :] good luck with your keychains!! Maybe show us some too..? ^-^
