sorry, what’s the problem you’re having? it’s our a knot or are you trying to frog and the yarn got stuck?

Yes, I was trying to frog and it got stuck

my guess is that (since it seems to be acrylic) the fibers got knotted up and you just need to pull until they rip apart

Ok I will try

i think you can only label something as a solution on support posts

also, i think it may have something to do with you being a regular, i’ve only ever seen regular solving things.

Oh

no, it’s just because when something has a solution, it’s in the support zone, which is for issues and questions with the site/app

huh ok then

Sorry I wish I could

you’re good, just happy to help :)

I can put it into the support zone!

Support is for issues with the app or website I believe. Not for issues with yarn

Really? Oh, okay, whoops! I’ll change it back, sorry! :]

Not a problem Dealing with yarn being unruly is unfortunately not something Ribblr staff can resolve (unless they have some useful tips?). I’ve dealt with yarn that took literally weeks to completely detangle…

Have you tried unpicking it from the other side of the stitch, otherwise you could reattach the yarn after cutting it
