Late Halloween costume post

I know we’re all already gearing up for the holiday season and Halloween is old news now, but I still wanted to share the little costumes that I made for my babies!

I’ve searched all over the internet for cute crochet baby costumes ever since my first baby was born but never really found anything that I loved enough to make. So this year I just tried coming up with my own idea!

I made a little bumblebee costume for my 2 month old, and a ladybug backpack for my toddler. :honeybee::lady_beetle:

Did you make any costumes for yourself or family members this year? I’d love to see some more creative Halloween costumes! :jack_o_lantern:

These are so precious, oh my goodness! Thank you for sharing :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I did not get a chance to celebrate/dress up or make anything for someone this year, but this inspires me to start planning for next year!

For me, coming up with Halloween costume ideas is always the hardest part! I really need to start planning in advance and not wait til mid October!

I’m so happy that I helped to inspire you!! :face_holding_back_tears::face_holding_back_tears:

They’re amazing! I wanted to crochet a Halloween costume, but I couldn’t figure out what I wanted to be so I couldn’t buy the yarn and start crocheting it :joy: Now I have all of this year and the next for planning

So stinking cute! Love them! My son did Batman and didn’t have a mask, so I crocheted one for him as a beanie. My little decided she wanted to be his Robin, so dad had to be a villain, Bane. He didn’t have a mask either, so I crocheted him one as a beanie as well. I don’t have pictures of the Bane beanie, but this is Batman.

Thank you! I wish I had more time to plan a cooler ladybug design but my daughter loves it regardless so that’s all that matters :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Aww thanks! Yes, I love when they all decide they’re going with the same theme! And thankfully, the beanies were pretty quick and easy to whip up.
