Loading the community tab doesn't work

I’d prefer not to merge as my other account is under my deadname. Besides I already sent my request to deactivate it. I’ve logged out and logged back in from ribblr.com and I still seem to get loading issues but we’ll see. It comes and goes.

We don’t have to keep the name on the other account, we can merge and keep the name & email from this account if you like.

After 5 days, the issue is still not resolved. When I want to get into the community tab, most times I have to completely close the website, open it again in a different tab and sometimes it works right away, other times it doesn’t.

Thanks for reporting and sorry for the inconvenience.

At the moment we have not heard of others reporting this issue so please reach out privately and include some screen grab or better yet- videos. This will allow our engineers to dig deeper quickly and hopefully resolve it for you.
