looking for a ballon dinosaur pattern?

hey folks! i was at walmart with my sister and i saw the cutest plushy ever. it was a balloon dinosaur, and as some of yall may know, i love crochet balloon dogs and dinosaurs so this is perfect. only problem was that it was $25 and i can’t really justify that. so i was wondering if anyone out there possibly had a pattern for one. i doubt there is one as the only balloon animal patterns i see are dogs, but i have a little hope. if not, i suppose i could probably freehand one. if i do freehand one, would y’all be interested in the pattern? thanks for your time, and here’s a picture for reference of what i saw

You could do a regular balloon dog then add fins :))

Hi! ‘I went searching but I couldn’t find one, but I do have tips on how to make a pattern! You can use a tutorial on how to make a balloon dinosaur but just crochet it. Like here’s a tutorial that I thought would look most like it: How to Make a Balloon Diplodocus and a Balloon Velociraptor - Mossieur Ballon
You probably know how to crochet a balloon dog so I bet this could work!
Just make all the dents that it needs.

if you don’t like the idea, you could just make the shapes you see on the box and sew them together. :blush:

that was my plan! I’ve crocheted about 8 balloon dogs, so i know how the sections work pretty well, and if i had to freehand i was gonna look at tutorials for actual balloon dinosaurs and crochet the approximate length

I don’t know of one but maybe you could use the dog one as a base pattern and adjust for your dinosaur
