I am looking for Collaboraters for a Meccha Chameleon challenge!! Here is a description:
I am thinking of opening a challenge to really test crocheters creativity and skills where they will use base patterns the collaberators and I create of all the different poses from Meccha Chameleon. Using different colors and crochet materials, they will try to hide their chameleon anywhere! Inside their house, outside, in the park, cafe or anywhere!
The participants don’t just have to hide their creations, but can also have them “hidden in plain sight”, like an avatar posed in a pot being a plant/ cactus or in a fishbowl being a betafish etc. They will be tested not only on their hiding skills, but also creativity and resoursefullness.
I am thinking of offering a 50ish dollar premier yarns gift card to the winner.
I was thinking of doing this myself but with my anime convention soon, my bills mafia convention ( football) vacation and designing other patterns I am going to need help​
Here is what I need from you guys:
- I would like 2-4 collaberators that have experience in creating specifically amiguirimi patterns.
- we will all split up what poses to crochet and write the patterns for these. Here are some of the poses that are part of the game:
- we will each make an “example” of the challenge by using that pose to hide anywhere we choose and use pics of this to promote the challenge.
- I would like the collaberators to also have an Instagram following and /or tik tok following as I would like the challenge to extend to those platforms as well.
- then it would be great for help with social media promotion, deciding the process on choosing the winner, and other things.
I will be choosing collaberators either next week or the week after based on the amount of responses. Then after we are all set up, I will prolly give 3 weeks to a month or more if needed to make the pattern. The pattern needs to not only be on ribblr but also PDF.
