The chats are pretty cool. That said, we want to add someone to an existing chat and cannot seem to do that. Yes, we could start another but we are getting a pile of chats that we don’t use anymore.
Also, we cannot delete old chat threads.
So, two fixes for you to work on. Please.

What do you normally use personal chats for and how do you like it more compared to PM?
I’ve never used a personal message for more than one person. Wait, I guess I did in testing. But then I messaged the group something I meant for Maria … oops. haha
I guess they are kinda the same, it just feels different to me.

I think DMs/PMs feel more formal, like an email, and the chat feels a little more informal, like a text. @HookedByMarilyn Are you thinking along the lines of this?
