Omg i had so much fun testing lol it makes me so proud to see everyones pics I remember when I first started lulu (dajavó?) im so glad I got to test and would love to again like i’ve said before haha

I’m so glad you had fun! I feel similarly proud when I look at the herd of Lulus and see the efforts you all made to make her a great crochet experience for others. You were the very first to finish - I was so shocked how quickly you made her, haha. That feels so long ago now because testing got drawn out a bit ^.^

Congrats on the release im so glad to see its out! It was an absolute pleasure to test for you, and lulu singlehandedly got me out of my crochet-hiatus! She was so fun to make!

I’ve learned so much from the process and my testers that will serve me well if I ever decide to try my hand at patternmaking again, so thank you once more for your generosity (and assistance) in testing and beyond.

Health is steadily coming back - thank you so much for the well wishes! Yes, it was a collab that started I believe late May,maybe June, with the theme dessert cows and we all did some variation on the theme! I’m glad I was able to introduce you to the other designers who took part - they did a wonderful job with the theme, so much creativity! Looking forward to making them myself now that testing is almost over, and I’ll definitely keeping my eyes out for your makes!

At the end of the day I just wanted people to have fun making Lulu, so your words warm my heart. And the thanks is all mine! I appreciate you all more than words can really capture.

Your feedback helped improve the pattern significantly; I’m so grateful you were a part of this test!

Originally, I was actually going to have a handful of you who were willing take a peak at the streamlined version to see if it was okay, but I wanted to release them concurrently and Lulu was already well overdue (not to mention I already put yall through the ringer with OG Lulu & didn’t want to burden y’all with an extra not-really-a-pattern-test test ) , so I was hopeful it would be good enough until I could do some quick construction on it. I’m still working on scaling back the streamlined version a bit, but I’m really happy to hear it has your stamp of approval even in the current form!

Blue-lu would be absolutely adorable, I’ve no doubt! And the features could be so easily adapted for that shape. If you ever do make it, be sure to send my way - I would love to see it!
