Ikr. If they give me all the resources I don’t really mind but crocheting costs money or when they have the nerve to ask u to make something out of really expensive yarn
My husband has a lot of sweaters that I’ve knitted him. Each one is custom designed and custom fitted for him. There is one department at his workplace that has a high turnover and it never fails that at least once a month during sweater season, he’ll come home and tell me about a new person that has asked about his sweater then said “oh, well she should make me one too”
Whenever it happens to me, I always offer to teach them to knit and get some sort of reply that they could never learn that, I should just make one for them.
They want one, they can go through the WHOLE process of learning. Some people are what I call stupid selfish.
