Market day! Day 1 recap (day 2 added)

Sorry if you already said but how long did it take you to make?

it took her nine hours (got this from her turtle pricing help post) and she crochets at an intermediate pace (i’m not sure though), so beginner’s pace: 10-12 hours and advanced pace: 8-6 hours. the reason i’m saying this is i don’t know what pace you crochet at, so i’m listing some averages. hope this helps!

Awesome! Congrats! I have two questions:
Do you have a system for pricing your items?
Do you credit pattern designers and if so how?

Ummmm no and no. First off, I really don’t have a system. I’ve been told I both underprice and overprice…
Second, there just no way… I think I’d only feel the need to if I was selling online.

Okay thanks! So many patterns ask you to credit them as the designer, but I don’t know how!

When selling online, just add ā€˜Pattern by @/patterndesignername’ somewhere in the listing or post!

When selling in person, it’s more of a courtesy to mention the pattern designer, so if someone asks if you designed it, just tell them ā€œNo, the designer is @/patterndesignernameā€ OR if someone is like ā€œOh you made this?!ā€ you could say, ā€œI did! It’s a pattern by @/patterndesignernameā€ - others may have different methods, but that’s what I do :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
