while you could do plushies for them, you could also do dishcloths, flowers, bags, beanies, and ear warmers

If you want to get a lot done by Nov then i would suggest doing a lot of little things like key chain things and mini stuff.
Maybe make some cute decoration stuff so they can decorate their rooms.
Good luck!

I know that cushions/decorations for walkers/canes/wheel chairs can be very helpful/appreciated! My mom sewed some cushions for the arms of my grandma’s walker and it seemed to make a huge difference in comfort! And being able to decorate something that can feel really drab/saddening/unpersonalized can also be really helpful in making things more light and enjoyable

Hats are quick, chickens, mushrooms, and dinos are good sellers too.

Ooh good luck on your market! Since there’s probably not gonna be that many teens or young people, you could make some home items or decorations! I’m assuming the unemployed probably aren’t filthy rich, so if you made lots of little things, like keychains, they would probably appreciate those too! I don’t have any specific patterns in mind, but I’m wishing you luck while you make everything!

Ooooooooooh I have tips! So usuallly people either like smaller cheap items or the more unique ones. I’ve only done one market but that’s what works best for me. People like the small ones cause they’re not super expensive but the bigger and or more unique ones draw attention and might be a lil cooler. For small items I liked to do things like mushy boys, turtles, octos, whales, and leggy frogs and other stuff. What I would do is every day id choose one pattern and just make a bunch of that plushie in each color of the rainbow or smthing (so like 6 a day for meh) and then I’d do that with all the smaller plushies! So in the end id have a bunch. Then after just find patterns u like or anything h wanna make and do that. That’s my advice!🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Also, don’t stress yourself!!! The market should be fun. I kept thinking I didn’t have enough plushies or time but I just had to keep reminding myself I was doing this for fun, for me. Don’t force yourself to do more than u and ur body feels like <3

Gl at ur market!!!

Hii!
Im not sure why, but when i read the description my mind went straight to the pattern i’ll link below (and check the rest of their shop, i think some stuff there will fit your current need)
So as many said, senior center might not be the best place for plushies so i would also recommend to have your main focus on making flowers, washcloths, and so on… but hey, that doesnt mean you cant have some plushies! After all we are all kids at heart, or have a tiny love one we would like to give a gift to  )

Best of luck!

YOU GOT THIS!! Just take it one step at a time. I usually make a list of items based on their due date. The sooner they’re due, the higher up they are on the list. I feel relived when checking everything off, maybe try something like that?

Good luck! :+1:t5:
