Market Troubles

Hello all! I am a bit bummed right now because I have applied for 4 days of markets (one at a market i have done before, and the other three are all seasonal markets at a place i personally haven’t been a vendor at, but a friend has) and i got emailed back for both this week, and they both said that they were full and would notify me of cancellations. I would really like to continue with my crochet business, and was thinking of doing etsy, but I am not allowed social media so I wouldn’t be able to advertise. What do I do?

(Edit: I have a lot of crochet already made in case I got accepted for these markets, and because I have done a market before. So if I got accepted for a market that’s tomorrow, I would have enough crochet to do it. I don’t know what to do with the crochet so I would like to continue with the business I have created already.)

i don’t know what u would do but wait if u want to grow your business…
i would wait til ur allowed on social media and maybe markets will start accepting you once ur a lil bit older. then again you may have just applied too late..

I have done a market before and it went really well. I did apply fairly late in the market season for one market, but for the other three I was told that they were full for crochet vendors. I’m not sure if they have multiple already, or if they only allow one vendor for each craft. :woman_shrugging:

have u tried messaging them directly? also how close is it to the markets?

I have messaged them both and have been placed on wait lists, so I will be notified if anyone cancels.
