I had to cut one cone from my order though, I could only order 3 not 4

It allowed me to pick it up at my Joann’s local store. Once I picked it up and came home, once I got back on Ribblr, Ribblr’s pattern area displayed a “claim your free pattern” pop up.

I just entered my order number from the Joann’s order confirmation email and was able to get my free pattern. So make sure you save the Joann’s order confirmation email if you opt to pick up in person.

This is exciting! I might be able to buy yarn but i’m on vacation so Joann is an hour away instead of two minutes like it usually is :sob: I’m hoping to get to a store so I don’t have to shop online.

I purchased over $25 in yarn online today and my confirmation email doesn’t say anything about this promotion. When you select the pattern you want, it instructs you to type in your receipt code and store number. Under that it says “Purchased Online?” but when you click it the page just reloads the patterns to choose from. How do I claim it?

Sorry for the confusion. JOANN seems to send this in delay, which is something we are working to fix.

Please use the link you have, once you click the ‘ordered online?’ the page reload, but when you click the pattern again a new field will show up letting you enter your order number.

I spent $30 on yarn in store before tax and i dont see the code anywhere on my reciept :cry: but i did see the signs in store so im confused or maybe just blind

Edit: Ribblr was able to help me out by showing them my receipt!
