Did you order in-store or online? If online did you order through the Ribblr shop or the Joann’s website/app? I believe you should have gotten an email, does it not show the banner for you to click there?

If you order via JOANN.com you’ll get an email within a few hours. If you buy on Ribblr you’ll get the email too but also a pop-up straight away to go claim it.

That’s if you spend over $25 on yarn. If you bought in store check your receipt.

Hey Ribblr! I ordered yarn via the Joann’s website but can’t see what to do from there. We did pick it up and I’ve searched through the receipt and other emails, but can’t seem to find a code. What do I do? Thanks! I spent almost $60 by the way.

I can’t seem to navigate using my order number to get the free pattern. It sends me to shopping for yarn online when I already did separately on Joann’s.

Did you purchase in-store or online using Joann’s? If online you should have received an email with a banner that you should click to input the order number, if in-store your receipt should have a QR card that you should use to get there

If you shopped in store, you’ll see a QR at the bottom of your receipt. If you shopped online on JOANN directly you’ll receive an email, which may take a few hours. On Ribblr.com it’s immediate.
