Majority is Catania (100% mercerized cotton), but the hair is actually some cheap 1 euro yarn that doesn’t even have the tag anymore, so i am not sure exactly. It feels super soft though.

There are some paid patterns available on etsy I believe, but I followed a youtube video from BABYLAND TEJIDOS EXCLUSIVOS. The tricky part is that it’s in Spanish which I don’t really speak, but still managed to follow the instructions.
