Misinformation about Joanne’s bankruptcy.

Hello guys! As many have heard, Joanne…
IS BANKRUPT!
However, there are a few things to clear up.

  1. Joanne is not closing! Instead, they are filing for chapter 11 bankruptcy, which means the court is helping them reorganize and find new people.
  2. The huge yarn clearance at Joanne is not because they are closing. Instead, it is to attract new customers.
  3. Joanne may close in the future, but for now it’s staying open

I thought I’d post this as many have talked about Joanne “closing”.

The main company is going under renovation, so stores may change, but they may also stay the same. The clearance is at most stores, and you can actually find the clearance here on Ribblr! (Ribblr partners with Joanne to provide yarn shopping on the site)

Thanks for posting this- I thought this is what they were doing at first, but I started seeing videos and hearing friends talk abt them closing… glad they aren’t!
