This has never happened to me before. I went to post a pattern release, finished writing it up, and got this.
Is this a new thing now? Are all posts going to require moderator approval prior to them being posted?

weird! maybe try logging out and back in or resetting your device! if these donāt work, Iād contact, or wait for Ribblr!

I donāt believe all posts go through this, they donāt require approval before being posted. Itās Ribblrs automated tools that just happened to catch something, since itās still being tweaked I believe it tends to be strict, but as to what is causing it to catch something l canāt say since I donāt know what was written, Iāve had it happen to me before as well 
I would just wait and it should be approved thereās no consequences/punishments for anything that needs approval (unless of course something wrong was done)
