I do not close out this app on my iPAD but every month it makes me sign back in. It isn’t when my iPAD updates, so I am not sure why it signs me out every month, is that how this app works?

It sometimes signs me out on the website. I do not have the app installed.

For security purposes the system is likely to log you out once every 2-4 weeks. We’re considering using alternative protocols to keep you logged in for a longer period of time
