My biggest project ever

I actually finished this about a month and a half ago, but I completely forgot to post about it lol.

This year my teacher was just incredible, so I decided to make her a gift. Given her love of giraffes and the excessive amount of them in her room, (she has a sort of collection just from gifts from students) I decided to add to her rapidly growing collection.

It came out way bigger than i thought it would… (sorry about the blurring, I just don’t want my face on the internet before I turn 16 lol)

:open_mouth: Awww it’s so cute! I’m sure your teacher loved it- it’s so detailed with the flowers and all.

I get what you mean by it turning out bigger than you expected lol. I had one that was supposed to be 2 ft turn out to be 4 ft.

Here’s the pattern. It was the best I could find lol. I had to modify it to add more spots and flowers

Oh my gosh, this is so cute! I love the giraffe, especially with the yarn you used. That yarn always makes things cuter in my opinion. And I’m always gifting my teachers things too! I have a teacher who has a whole collection of stuff I’ve crocheted for her since I’ve had her for two years in a row.

I actually use this website a lot, but they make stuff really big. I made a hot dog (with the sausage dogs as the meat lol) once from there and it turned out bigger than an actual hot dog. :joy:
