My First Time Making A Doll!

Decided to make the main characters from a show my bestie and are obsessed with, as her Christmas present this year. (The show is Pursuit of Jade, and it’s AMAZING if anyone was wondering!)

I’ve never made a doll before, I couldn’t find any patterns that were exactly what I wanted. Soooooo… A week and several fails later, I now have a base for the girl!

Note: The head is intentionally not connected. I want to keep them separate to make doing the hair, face, clothes, and so on easier.

-

If there’s enough interest, I’ll make a pattern for the doll base (featured in the pictures.) So let me know if you’d be interested, and I might have a pattern tester application up in the next few days-week.

(I should also be posting on the guy doll base in the near future as well.)

I think you’ve created a very well-proportioned doll base. The fact that it can be posed is an added bonus which isn’t often seen. :orange_heart:

I agree - you should make a pattern for it. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
