i think all my makes turn out pretty similar since i started crocheting likeee a few months ago; but my amigurumi skills have like a HUGE change
storytime: when i first started, i wanted to make plushies sooo bad, but i was self-taught and i had no patience whatsoever for tutorials, so i kinda winged everything.
basically i did the sc in MR right, but then i would keep doing increases until i thought it was big enough- and the sl st instead of sc. i thought sc was like a special thing ONLY for MR
this was my VERY first day of crochet
these two were after i figured out how to sew but i still had no idea how to embroider the eyes

Ooooooohh I’m glad u made this post pickle!!! It deferentially takes practice and I think I’ve really improved a LOT of the yrs. Ur first plushies were actually so good tho! This is my first plushie but I don’t have any pictures of my other old ones and I’m not home rn :(
