I am trying to put up a discount for my shop for Black Friday of 50% off and the discount isn’t showing. I have it set to UTC as well as I have opted in for special events. Not sure if there’s something else I need to do. My discount should of started today at 12:44 UTC. I’m gonna try logging out and logging back in to see if that works.
Update I’ve tried logging out and logging back in. Still isn’t working.
You can leave the start time empty and just set the end time
Ya tried that it’s not working. 
Try to make sure the time is in the past for start and the end time in the future, you may have to wait up to an hour in some cases.
Ok I just tried that and it’s still not working. Is there something else I can try?
Can you share a screenshot with us?
maybe try making the starting date blank by hitting ‘reset’ and it’ll end the sale on the 3rd. I did this, and it worked for me!
hm. what about clearing both dates?
maybe try logging out and back in!

Please note that your end date was in 2024. That’s why it didn’t work.
Oh I didn’t notice that whoops I’ll pay more attention to that next time.
