My shop pfp isn't work changing

i try to change my pfp shop but i cant i change the banner but not the pfp but when i view as a shop oner it show that it change but as a costumer it doesn’t i ask a friend to check and he said the same thing i reload try different time wait 10 min log out but the same thing happened

I had the same problem I think it just takes a little bit to load, but make sure you hit save :grin::+1:t2:

make sure you’re saving it, and after that, try refreshing/logging back out and back in. let me know when you do that, and i’d be happy to check and see if the pfp updated!

Usually shop profile pictures and banners take a while to update, so that’s probably why you saw your old profile picture :)

but ribblr talked to me 9 min ago and they see the old pfp Maeby it is loading

I have the same problems and then after a while it updated. So I think just wait

Usually it takes a while for it to load. for me my shop pfp has been there for about a week and hasn’t changed to the new one yet
