Personally, I feel like Emerald suits it better than Jade since Emerald is generally associated with a darker and richer green while Jade is more of a pastelish green :0

Hmm… emerald is rather fitting, as jade crystals are more attoned to earthy, gentle tones. Emeralds are striking- boom wham! Everything green.
