Need help with a pattern

So there’s this YouTube video pattern of Snoopy i have been doing. I did the body and head and I’m gonna play yarn chicken now but I’m confused at the legs.

So it starts with 6 chains 4 sc (3sc in 1 stitch) inc (12) that’s what the subtitles say. I’m confused with it can someone help?

Idk if this is right but i think you go into the 3rd chain from the hook to sc4 then, to inc rather than doing 1sc into every stitch to inc you do 3

I tried to watch the video how they did it and it’s just looked like skipping one chain then 4 sc then 3 stirch in one?? Idk it was confusing for me

I would think, ch 6, 4 sc, 3 in one, 3 sc, inc (12)
Not sure though.
