Not able to open the testing panel!

Did it happen to you?

Every time I go to “manage testing”, I get the pop-up to post a tester call, which is already up.

I have 10 testers already but can’t access the panel and have to wait (with hope) for a new application in my phone’s notifications in order to get there :sob:

Instead of trying to open “Manage testing” through the pattern itself, go through your shop dashboard :heart_hands::laughing::

  1. Go to your Shop manager.

  2. Look at the very top of the screen (right underneath the “Shop manager” title) and look for the main Testing tab.

  3. Click it.

    This bypasses the pop-up trigger and drops you straight into the overview where you can view all applications, approve/reject testers, and see your current list :heart_hands::face_blowing_a_kiss::two_hearts:
