I don’t know if anyone else has this problem but it would be really cool if we could access the patterns that we have downloaded/purchased when we are offline.
I often travel to places with no signal and therefore I am unable to access my patterns. If there was a way where if we opened the app offline it would allow us to access our patterns or we could “download” the patterns in advance similar to how you download movies on Netflix for offline use.
However I’m not sure if this could pose as a danger to pattern designers for their patterns being stolen (I’m not sure how tho but it just feels like it could)
this would be great! like maybe there could be a option or a switch that says offline and we can access some patterns (like on Spotify, you can download, but instead of downloading it, its just certain ones we choose to be offline?)
Thank you! This is something we do want to add, and have been testing different iterations over the years, however it is proven pretty complex, but is still part of our roadmap!
With my non Ribblr patterns I store them all on a Google Drive as PDFs and tick the offline box for patterns I am actively working on. When they are offline, I don’t need a signal to get to the patterns I am working on.
I would love that. I live in the middle of nowhere and when my family drives somewhere I have no internet for like 20-25 minutes. That we be great if we could download them.
