First play should be free each day, plus members get a free second try daily. I think they just added the ability to use gems for extra tries.

The reason he was on my account was cuz im signed in already on the computer, and he’s 5, so he didn’t really know (at least that’s what he said ), so who knows he could’ve been lying about not knowing :expressionless_face:

Yea but not used intentionally by the person who owns them. Hopefully they can get reimbursed for what the brother spent while playing, bc otherwise they spent ages gaining gems just to have their brother go and spend them all.

Perhaps the parents might be willing to pay for the missing gems, and deduct it from the brother’s allowance. To teach him that actions have consequences

Ribblr should not replace them, someone should have been supervising the brother’s online activities

Yes, but they should have been more careful allowing access to their kid brother. They will be more careful in future. I don’t think it right that Ribblr replace them. It’s a lesson they have learned.
