When you almost finish a piece, but there’s none of the yarn colour left. 
…OK, maybe it’s not the absolute worst thing. At least I can stuff it and sew on everything else, like the hair and eyes.
But here’s what I’m doing at the moment. I know summer’s finished ages ago, but not only do I want to practise crocheting hairstyles, but I also want to experiment with different gradients.
The mermaids look really good though, I can’t wait to see them crocheted!
