Pain management help??

I know that this is going to sound weird but, after I take my shower and I am drying off I put my towel over both sides of my hand, place it under my arm, while pressing down with my arm I pull my hand out slightly and it will pull my fingers out straight and it helps relieve my cramping fingers. I guess you could try it any time.

:sob: I’m right there with you. I get paid, then spend it on camera gear, books, yarn/patterns, or stupid stuff.

I get that to it sucks  I usually take a break for a few days, actually leave my house, watch movies , read
or sometimes a suck it up cause I mean I’ve played a clarinet and crocheted when I broke my wrist (and honestly 10/10 it healed 3x faster than it should have but you probably shouldn’t take that part of my advice)

You’re depending on making stuff to earn a living right?

AAAHHHHHHHHH!!!:scream::scream::scream::scream::scream: The horrors!!! Yh I do get it a lot! Mine isn’t that bad like my hand just cramps, I stretch it a bit, it goes away and I relax and continue crocheting but… BOOM it’s back again within a few minutes of crocheting and yh just repeat that like ehh a few hundred times!!:frowning_face_with_open_mouth: I think it’s just from crocheting a lot and holding ur project a little too tight! idk!!

Not entirely. I am still in school and living with my parents but the older I get the more I have to buy myself and the less purchased for me
