So there have been Ribblr posts on Facebook, and thereās usually some kind of ācomment and weāll send you the free patternā or ā# gemsā or something, and even when I share a link to my Ribblr account (since it probably isnāt obvious that Iām me, as my username here is not my name), nothing seems to come of it.

Sounds like it might not be Ribblr. Could be a scam.
thats weird, ribblr also has an instagram where they post similar things and i do get gems from it
It looks legitimate. 
sorry for the late reply - for some reason it seems that the software our team uses only works on Instagram. They are aware. If you see that again though please feel free to participate on Instagram instead!
