so basically im trying to edit the photos for patterns in my shop, and i use the photo editor thingy to draw outlines and stuff, but a lot of times when i save it, the photo doesnt load and it comes up like this

idk if this happens to other people, but it happens to me a lot and i have to keep redo the pictures again. it usually is fixed the second attempt, but its rlly annoying having to re-edit the photos more than once, especially if theres a lot of photos to edit

what I would do is take screenshots of it (the edited photos) Hope this helps! :blush:

like edit it in the ribblr editing thing and then screenshot it? or edit it somewhere else and screenshot then upload that?

I had that when I was changing my pattern photos, so what I had to do was delete all those photos and re-upload them to the pattern, but may sometimes glitch again, so you’d have to repeat that same thing for the glitches photos :cherry_blossom::peach:

yh but i edit my photos on the actual ribblr thing, so i have to keep editing them again if it glitches

You could, as the other comments said, when you are editing them on ribblr after you’re done screenshot them and then put the screenshot so that you don’t need to edit it again.

Hey! Sorry you are experiencing issues. That does sound frustrating.

Can you please let me know if the broken image shows instantly or just after you edit and re open the pattern?
It may be that it did not save yet and you exited or moved away to quickly.

If not can you explain step by step what you do before seeing this issue?

i upload the photos, then edit them
the broken image shows after i finish editing the photos and save/exit the pattern, before that when im still in the ribblr editor the photos r fine. from what i remember, all the photos have been saved/have the green ‘saved’ thingy
im using a windows surface pro 11

it happened to me you have to load them again and wait till it is 100 % completed and then a green light comes on the upper of the photo

I think you should just re upload them because that normally helps for me

a person I’m pattern testing for is having a similar problem so maybe its an issue on Ribblr’s side or maybe its your internet? I haven’t had that problem before but I haven’t uploaded photos to a pattern before the issue arose

yeah samee it’s just the quality decreases so it’s still inconvenient

I just upload ONE photo and then I click to “exit (and save)”,then I go to “edit” and I repeat the same pattern until there is no photo left :two_hearts:

okk tyy! I already uploaded the photos (works after a few tries), but I’ll let yk if it happens againn
