OK, how on earth do you guys come up with good patterns that are unique? Every idea I have is used, already free, or just plain boring. I wanna do something cool for my first pattern, but I can’t come up with something original.

There are definitely a lot of patterns out there that can be similar to something else! I’d say try to think of ideas that bring out who you are and your interests.
I base my patterns on what I like (cottagcore, animals, fantasy, I guess dnd too 
) and combine them to create something completely unique! Some of my patterns can be similar to what’s already out there, but I always try to add a different component to it to make it completely unique!
Keep trying and you’ll find something that sticks!
