Hey guys!!! It’s been a while since I’ve designed a new pattern (since spring ) and I’m ready to give it another go! Lately I’ve been focusing on making some bigger crochet projects for myself that I’ve had on my list for a while since I’ve been uninspired, so that’s where you guys come in. I would love some amigurumi ideas (animals only please) for what I should design next. For whatever reason my giraffe pattern sells over twice as much as any of my other patterns, so I would love to make something that can compete with that record. I want something unique, so not bees or leggy frogs (unless you suggest a cool twist for them), but not so unique that no one except for a few people want it. I am loving the loaf animal trend so maybe something unique in that category. Bonus points if you provide a reference photo or drawing of what you want! If I decide to make your suggestion I may message you for more details and I’ll gift the pattern when I finish or give priority testing, whichever you’d prefer! Otters, seals, and koalas seem like animals that could use more representation in the crochet pattern community!
I also love birds, and have a special affinity for the chubby Target birds they carry in their seasonal section. They’re basically the same shape but decked out for each season in cute or silly costumes. If you could make something like that, and maybe follow up with seasonal attire, I think people would eat it up!
Ooohh ok, I haven’t seen much cute deer patterns, and they are my fav animal so I have always wanted to make one but just haven’t found the right pattern, I think if you made a deer pattern in the same style/design of your adorable giraffe pattern, it would be PERFECT
