I don’t see anything in knitting, and while there are a few wrap front sweaters in crochet, nothing in that construction.
That’s a lot of drafting and input. And explaining the construction because it isn’t standard. You may find something similar in crochet, but it won’t have nearly the same drape as the knit.you can always search the pattern database and see if something comes close enough for you.
