This is probably a silly question, but am I able to put a pattern into Ribbuild without publishing it? I have a few patterns from Etsy Iâd like to transfer, but I donât want to sell them because theyâre not mine and thatâs wrong. Can I just keep the pattern to myself on Ribblr?
I moved this into the general space because support is for problems and bugs with ribblr.
Sure, they can just sit in your drafts for good.
I think it would be ok. I think if you just keep it a draft, it would be ok.
Please read the description of the support section. It says to use it to ask for help with anything on Ribblr. This is a question about whether or not this is allowed on Ribblr so it was in the correct space.
I understand youâre wanting to keep all your patterns together in one place for organisational purposes. 
In theory as long as when you upload them, they arenât published, it shouldnât be a problem. Iâd suggest you make a note to yourself in the introduction section stating: who the designer is, where you acquired the pattern and that itâs not to be published and that itâs just for your own personal use.
Remember though, leaving them in draft format wonât give you the functionality of other Ribblr patterns, such as the ability to cross out rows as you make the pattern.

Yes, you can keep it as a draft and not publish it
A shop is for patterns you designed only.
If you want to import a pattern you bought elsewhere you can use your Ribblr+ perk and click the import pattern in your patterns library.
We also have an upcoming update that would make it easier to do that!
