I have had a shop on ribblr for a while and I have never got a purchase before. I am thinking of re-doing my shop and have a brand new start. I am not sure on the type of patterns that I should do, can you guys help me decide what to do.

Just do unique patterns. Thats honestly the only advice I have. We have all seen a bee, and octopus, a bear, so try and fill a hole in the vast world of patterns.

It took ages for me to get sales. And even then, I’m lucky to get one a month. Ribblr is not filled with many users who can purchase patterns. Those that do are generally picky about what they do purchase. Also if your pattern is too simple or common, it likely won’t get sales as others will just recreate it or go find a free one. Keep at it. Some of my patterns still have no or 1 sale only so some just are not going to get the attention. Just takes the right pattern but you won’t know it’s the right one until it happens
