Pattern trading!

I thought of the idea to trade patterns so Ill explain more:

I was thinking of a trading screen and you can only trade patterns if you have enough trading ribblr tokens.
To get the tokens, you have to have a long streak of logging in, for example if you log in for 5 days you get 3 tokens and if you log in for 10 days you get 6 and to trade once it costs 3 tokens. To confirm the trade, you have to type CONFIRM and only patterns which are not free can be traded since you can already get the free ones.
This is the idea I thought of and i think it would be cool. (I know there is already a gift pattern button and you can probably trade there but some people can scam you since you are not giving the pattern at the same time)At the end you only have the pattern in your library and do not own it in your shop. What do you think

This topic has come up a few times before

I think Ribblr can only keep the pattern within the account that originally purchased it and canโ€™t move it to another account

@Ribblr can correct me if Iโ€™m wrong. I canโ€™t find the thread Ribblr posted this explanation in

Itโ€™s a good idea and all but then paid shops are getting scammed from money since they wanted them paid

No they meant that if you already own a pattern and want a pattern somebody else already owns then you both can interchange said patterns with eachother

So this pattern trading being discussed here in this thread is not possible, right?

Patterns are private and personal. If you made your own pattern you are free to gift it. Otherwise each pattern acquired belongs to one account and cannot be moved or transferred. This goes against our stance of supporting designers and their work. Thank you for understanding :purple_heart:
