So here are my rough out lines of my sketch. I will add tail feathers in the one that is just a body right now, and color on both. I’ll also add feather detail and more define lines, but was wondering if this is the idea you are going for.
Since I’ve never seen a moonlark (and never will 
) this is what I was thinking, but if you have a different idea please tell me before I finish @sophiethemoonkark.

Here is my second one. It is more focuses on the Moon part so I tried to make it look like a galaxy. I don’t suggest this one over the other one for a pfp but figured I’d put it in here anyway.
