Pfp missing & cannot access profile settings

(woke up the day after making this post and now the second problem no longer exists. I guess it went away on its own. Anyways ty for your help guys, all problems are fixed AND I found a new pfp :ogre:)

First problem:

So for a while my account pfp next to the ribbot icon hasn’t been appearing on my screen, and I haven’t really thought about it because I thought it was just a temporary glitch, but it’s been like this for about a week and still hasn’t changed. (You can only change your pfp by going to the community, and the pfp is fine here so why’s it not updating?)

Second problem:

So today, I wanted to get into my profile settings, and when I click on the empty pfp photo, it brings me to my Mangolemmon alien pattern…for some reason :sob:

Yes, I can TECHNICALLY still access my profile by going to My Stuff → wen (my name), but that still doesn’t solve my pfp being gone I want my pumpkin eye back, damn it :goblin:

Here are some things that might help:

  1. Restarting your phone
  2. Logging out and then logging back in to the Ribblr app
  3. Clearing the cache
  4. Messaging Ribblr

Does it still show as empty for you? If it does, you could message Ribblr about it

The community pfp is fine, but in the epattern part of the website it doesn’t show

I tried doing the first three things and the pfp’s still not showing up​:pensive_face:

Okay so mine is the same rn. If your on a computer, exit the tab and it should work, same with phone, I believe with the pfp maybe changing it will work for a lil and then change it back? like resetting your pfp you know? Like changing ur pfp then changing it back.

I changed my pfp and it’s still not loading on the home screen :/

for the second one: if your on phone, it it takes you to your last used pattern when you click your profile i think

i instead just click on my stuff!
