Hii yall i really want to take good photos of the patterns i make and really would love some help so any tips would be great thanks @HooksandloopsbySkye you take amazing photos
- My first tip is natural lighting!
- its also nice to have a neat background, nothing too distracting just neat and clean!
- angles make a big difference! I love to take like 20 photos from different angles and see which one looks best and helps the plushie stand out!
Thanks so much for the tips!!
I use a light box which allows me to take pictures any time, regardless of the time of day or weather. I was lucky to find one at a garage sale for $1
I-I think you meant angles…(but angels can also make difference! :D)
LOLLL i was going to say that
I took your job
LOLLL cs
Really? I do?!?!? Which ones are your favorite? I will then tell you where/how I took them
I must have been typing fast…oh well at least they understood what I’m saying
It’s totally ok! Just so u know :D
your stegosaurus lol
Oh ok so I have this weird thing under my deck and the grate in the background blocks off the deck so I just put my camera in portrait mode and make sure there isn’t any leaves or anything in the way and then take it. I also had a lot of fun taking these tester photos…
Summary
Hehe maybe a little too many but I would recommend portrait mode on your camera and a bright green bush or tree is always pretty.
@Bobacat123 takes awesome photos imo
Yes she definitely does
shes a secret photographer (and helps me with my photos sometimes
)
Really? Thats so cool!!
Yeah, I always ask her which one is better for the cover photo
Haha nice
aww tysm!! that means so much to me!
im actually not all I got is this trashy ipad camera (yep
)
and for all the photo taking tips I have, Dania mentioned them already! ^^
I recently got a camera (I was lucky enough to find one when looking through my dad’s old things) but I know cameras are expensive . I’d recommend using a phone camera in food mode (it really brings out the colours and gives you a nice blurred background if you want it) and then going around the house and finding the most
aesthetic
place and then take a bunch of photos in different angles (already said by Dania) but try to do it without electric lights on so I like to take my pics in the daytime. When editing, try to add a good amount of brightness. I use this free app called Snapseed. Also doodling helps. If you want me to add you to the doodling gc then tell me! tbh my photos used to be not very good but I recently applied some of these things and they help.
