Photos won’t send?

For a couple days now about 4, in the chats when I go to send a photo it won’t send. It does send the text, the picture will appear for a slight second but then it disappears and no one can see it. I’ve tried closing out and opening the app again deleting and downloading the app again but it won’t work. And it’s not just the same photo it’s every photo. I can’t test patterns because even in the private messages it won’t send, it’s with every picture I try to send. I can reply to posts and send pictures, but not in the chat or private messages @Ribblr
