Ribblr keeps turning my pictures sideways or upside down. Is anyone else having this issue?

Yes I have in the past. The only way I can ensure it does not happen, is if I crop the picture first. Doesn’t have to be much but it seems to fix the issue.

Yes, I take them with my phone. But I downloaded them on my laptop.

It happens to me as well. It would be really nice to be able to rotate the pictures (eventho it was “the right way” before uploading)

We’re looking into this for you. Can you please share the following:

  1. Which device did you use to take the photos? (ie. phone & model or camera & model)
  2. Which device are you using to upload the photos? (ie Ribblr via browser/app and latptop/phone)

I used my Android phone to take the pix and my laptop to load them on ribblr.

  1. Which orientation were the photos that looked sideways when uploading?
  2. Can you please send us those pictures via private message?

@HookedByMarilyn - We don’t have all the above information. It would be useful to get some pictures too if you can send them via private message.

Thanks! @Akitamom Upon initial investigation our team couldn’t reproduce this issue with the photos. It seems that the photo you’ve added aren’t the original as they don’t contain any file information. It could be because of the upload here. Can you kindly let us know which pattern it is? (here or via private message)

This way we can make sure we look at the exact photos you’ve uploaded.
If you have removed the photos in that pattern please re-upload them again.
