Poseable Wyvern Toes!

Sewed my wyvern toes together before starting on the main of the foot. Had to share the glory that is ball and socket joints!

Yes, I would absolutely recommend looking at her channel! Her joint design is beyond anything I’ve seen before, and this wyvern would not be possible without being able to study her design

I’m currently using worsted weight cotton yarn and a 3mm hook, but that’s just for testing. I wanted to design the feet first, in easier materials, as I knew they’d be the most pain in the butt part of this project.

Once I get the foot pattern figured out, I’ll be switching over to a size 10 crochet thread.

My goal is for it to be under 2 feet long, but as small as possible. I won’t have a close estimate until I re-make the feet in the new yarn/thread
