Hi Ribblr team,
The attached screen shot is of an email I received last night. At first glance it looks official but it prompts you to click on a link which then prompts you to add a credit card to “verify” the Ribblr account.
Is this for real or a scam?

This is a scam! Ribblr has already taken action on the platform to take those messages down. Just put it in your garbage.

That is not us. We would never ask for payment details from you under any circumstances.
We would also always message you from this account which you can verify by clicking on our name and seeing our activity.
We do have many safety features in place to blocks fraudsters, however it’s impossible to get it 100% of the time. When you see something like that, flag it immediately and don’t respond.
In this instance thanks to flags and our automatic flagging system this account was completely bloc…
