Love it. When I read “Please be kind”, I mentally added the word “Rewind”. Ah, memories. My grandma even got a separate rewinder machine so she didn’t overtax her VCR. It had a sticker on it that said “Be kind. Rewind.”

I made a guage swatch once. I didn’t even make the pattern after that because I didn’t want to start from the beginning. It got used as a coaster until I cut it up to use as stuffing in a project.

Yes, I use Diclofenac ( Voltaren) gel. It works wonders! I use it in my hands and my neck.
It works locally so no side effects or interactions with medications.
