If you have ordered yarn in a certain lot that turned out to be thin, shedding, and poor quality contact the company . Have your lot numbers and color ready,
Be nice and courteous, and no bad mouthing. In all my years I’ve never seen a company take action to rectify poor quality products. I’m proud of them for doing this and I’m certain future lots will be of the quality we’ve come to love.
