So my aunt just asked me to make a bag for 20 Granny squares. How much should I price it for?

How about $25-$35! 
Websites recommend to price it for around $40-$70 but I thought $25-$30 because it would be a little fair for the customers and it isn’t to much or too less!

I dont really know, try to make a price of 1 granny square and the the price for an hour and for the materials 
I think you can easily put more than 30 € but it’s really up to you

If the squares are, like, small coasters, I would say $40? That is only $2 per square! I would probably price them for more normally, but since you are making them for your aunt, I would give her a little family discount! ^^

Yeah, it’s hard pricing for family. I’m making a big dragon for a friend in the hospital and feel bad pricing it accordingly because I had to buy new yarn for it, so it has to be at least that much and it’s like 50 bucks not counting effort and time

It depends on how complicated the granny square is. Since she is buying the yarn for you maybe $25? I know that’s cheap but it’s family

Calculating the sale price is as follows:
Cost of materials - how much the did the yarn cost you?
Cost of labour - how long did it take you to make? (Hours x rate = labour costs) for example: 8 hours x $10 per hour = $80
Depending on your level of experience, you can increase your labour costs accordingly.
Then you add your profit margin (this is actually how much money you receive after deducting all your expenses. You can include this as a percentage (10%) or a flat $ amount ($10).
Therefore,
Material costs + labour costs + profit = sell price
For example: $10 + $80 + $10 = $100.00
